Keith W. Ashley, CALA, CALM, CALD, Executive Director
From an early age, Keith has been fascinated by his elders. He performed piano concerts for older neighbors and accompanied them to choir practice, eventually leading him to become a full-time Minister of Music for large church congregations across the country. In 2015, Keith was asked to be a part of senior living in the role of Lifestyle Director – and from that point on has held every leadership position in senior living, including Lifestyle Director, Community Relations Director, Assisted Living Administrator, Executive Director, Regional Director of Operations, and Operations Specialist. When he’s not handling the daily affairs of the community, Keith plays piano for residents. He believes working in Assisted Living is truly his calling. Keith’s family away from work includes two adult sons and two amazing granddaughters.
Sydney Richardson, Director of Sales and Marketing
Sydney began her journey in assisted living as a caregiver and loved every moment of it. It was rewarding to care for seniors in their time of need. She completed her studies in healthcare administration and received her Bachelor of Science in 2020. After relocating to Atlanta, she worked as the Business Office Manager in an assisted living community. The opportunity gave her better insight into the many facets of assisted living, and Sydney fell in love with it even more. She eventually started a career path in sales and marketing, where the experience deepened her passion for enhancing the lives of seniors. Her joy for helping seniors and their families increases, as does her thirst for advanced knowledge. She has now added two degrees to her resume: Master of Business Administration and Master of Healthcare Administration.. Sydney has gained a loving family at Charter Senior Living of Vinings and exercises her growth and skills in building relationships with everyone at the community.
